By accessing and using the Website, including placing orders of products through the site, you agree that you will be registered, or guest user hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these conditions and any other policies, disclaimers, or guidelines that we may post. 

It is always appreciated that you read and understand them while using this site and placing orders through this website. In case you do not agree with any of its Terms and Conditions may please bring it to our notice. 

This site is owned and operated by Ricochet Resources Limited (Registration Number: ……………………….), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 having its registered office: 46/B, Siddheswari Circular Road (2nd Floor), Shantinagar, Ramna, Dhaka-1217, Bangladesh. All references to the website in these terms shall deem to refer to the aforesaid entity in inclusion of the online portal.

The contents set out herein form an electronic record in terms of Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006 & rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time. As such, this document does not require any physical or digital signature.

2. Definitions

a. User/Customer: Anyone who visits, browses, or purchases from the platform/website.

b. Seller: Vendors or individuals selling products through the platform/website.

c. Product: Goods or service offered for sale on the platform/website.

d. Platform: It means the website, app or online marketplace.

3.1 The use of the Website is available only to such persons who can legally enter into contract under the Contract Act,1872.

3.2 If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a user of RRLMART.COM and shall not transact on or use the website but if you want to use the site you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

3.3 By accepting the Terms or using or transacting on the Website, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that he/she is of legal age i.e. 18 years or older, and capable of entering into a binding contract and such usage shall be deemed to form a contract between the Website and such User to the extent permissible under applicable laws. 

3.4 Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3.5 Delivery services are currently available within Dhaka city and adjacent areas directly by RRLMART.COM. For other major cities in Bangladesh, deliveries may be fulfilled through third-party courier services. For any courier service delivery, RRLMART.COM shall not be liable for any product damage or missing. 

3.6 Ensure that your use of the website complies with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

4. Electronic Communication

When you use site RRLMART.COM, or any of our services or contact us via phone or email, you consent to receive communication from us. You authorize us to communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call, or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website and/or placed your order on the Website. Additionally, any disclosures posted on the site or sent to you by email fulfill the legal obligation of communication made in writing. 

5. Account and Registration Obligations

All customers have to register and login for placing orders on the site. Customer have to keep his account, and registration details up to date and correct for communications related to his purchases from the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your device or account.

If any customer wishes to register his account with the website, he/she shall be required to create an account by registering with a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and/or with his/her Facebook account or email address or by filling in the details prescribed on the website Registration Form. Then customer will receive a password or one-time PIN which he/she can log in to the website to place orders.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. 

6. Charges

The use, browse, share and forwarding of this link is completely free for the users. All Honorable customers are allowed to do registration to obtain our exclusive membership to this site without any charge. RRLMART.COM ensures transparent pricing. All applicable charges will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.

7. Copyright

7.1 The material included in or made available through RRLMART.COM such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, website is the property of Ricochet Resources Limited.

7.2 No material on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored or distributed without written permission from RRLMART.COM.

7.3 Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7.4 You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic devices, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the website or any content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information. 

8. Product Information and Content

8.1 We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and prices as accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free as possible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness or reliability of product information. The appearance and color of products may vary based on your device settings. 

8.2 We would assure 100% contamination free and genuine products. We do not sell anything that are contaminated and/or fake in nature. 

8.3 All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you, and you may either wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.

9. Pricing, Availability and Process Order

9.1 All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are exclusive of Taxes and shipping costs. Prices may fluctuate due to promotions, seasonal offers, and changes in costs, and we reserve the right to adjust the prices at any time.

9.2 The Platform provides an online marketplace where products are listed by sellers. We make every effort to update the platform with accurate availability information. However, there may be discrepancies in pricing or availability, and we reserve the right to modify or withdraw products at any time.

9.3 Upon placing an order, the User will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. When ordering from this website Customer may be required to provide an email address and phone number along with delivery address. Customer must ensure that he or she keep the combination of these details secure and do not share this information to third party. We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep all information related order. In case of any mismatch in price or stock, RRLMART.COM reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.

10. Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.

11. Payment Methods

11.1 We accept variety of payment methods including: Mobile Financial Services like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Credit/Debit Cards and other local mobile wallets through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) payment gateway & Cash on Delivery (COD) for those customers who prefer paying upon delivery. We may charge additional fees for certain payment methods or for international transactions. 

11.2 Refunds for online payments will be issued to the same method used unless otherwise stated.

11.3 We also reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction if payment cannot proceed or if we suspect fraudulent activity(ies).

12. Shipping and Delivery

12.1 Shipping Information

We offer shipping within Bangladesh and may also provide international shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and size/weight of the products.

12.2 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We strive to deliver products within the estimated time but are not liable for any delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, third-party courier delays, or customs processing.

12.3 Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and estimated delivery time. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect delivery information.

12.4 Delivery attempt failure

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, RRLMART.COM reserves the right to cancel the order or charge a re-delivery fee.

13. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

13.1 The Platform may accept returns of products within a certain time frame (usually 7-14 days) from the date of receipt order from the customers. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products and personalized/customized items may not be eligible for return.

13.2 Refund will be processed after the return of the product is inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or in the form of store credit depending on the company return policy.

13.3 Exchanges may be possible if the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, the platform will provide a replacement item or issue a full refund based on the circumstances.

N.B: Return/Replacement policy will not be entertained if the seal is broken or if the quantity/volume is not same as it was delivered. You may please note that shipping cost will be beard by the client and refund will be settle within 7 days.

14. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

14.1 Compliance with Laws

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the platform, including but not limited to laws concerning online transactions, consumer protection and intellectual property rights.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could in the following activities:

• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware or harmful content.

• Violations may result in suspension or termination of customer account.

• Any kind of abusive activities (physical, verbal, mental, etc.) are completely prohibited in this company both within and beyond.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. While we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of the website including any technical issues or external disruptions. 

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the website shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the website, we encourage you to contact with our Customer Support Team to resolve the issue through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh under the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.

We take very seriously and aim to respond all reviews, complaints, feedback and suggestions of our honorable customers while raised it from their end.

Any complaints more than 3 months old from the current date will not be entertained.

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, failure of telecommunication or internet service disruptions.

৩.৬ নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধিমালার সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ।

আমরা একক বিবেচনায় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হন।

৮.১ আমরা পণ্য বর্ণনা, ছবি এবং মূল্য সঠিক, পূর্ণাঙ্গ, নির্ভরযোগ্য, বর্তমান বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত রাখার জন্য সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করি। তবে, আমরা পণ্যের তথ্যের সঠিকতা বা পূর্ণতা বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতা গ্যারান্টি করি না। পণ্যের রঙ এবং চেহারা আপনার ডিভাইস সেটিংসের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৯. মূল্য নির্ধারণ, প্রাপ্যতা এবং অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া

৯.১ সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকা (BDT)-তে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং এর মধ্যে কর ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। প্রচারমূলক অফার, মৌসুমী ছাড় বা খরচের পরিবর্তনের কারণে মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। আমরা যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৯.২ এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে বিক্রেতারা পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করে থাকেন। আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যাতে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও মূল্য সঠিকভাবে আপডেট থাকে। তবে, মূল্য বা প্রাপ্যতা সম্পর্কিত কিছু ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে এবং আমরা যেকোনো সময় পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা সরিয়ে নেওয়ার অধিকার রাখি।

৯.৩ আপনি যখন অর্ডার করবেন, তখন ইমেইল বা এসএমএস-এর মাধ্যমে একটি অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাবেন। ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অর্ডার করতে গেলে, আপনাকে একটি ইমেইল ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হতে পারে। এই তথ্যগুলো সুরক্ষিত রাখা এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার না করাটা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আমরা আমাদের সাধ্যের মধ্যে থেকে এই তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করব।

১০. রঙ

• ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড,

• অন্যান্য স্থানীয় মোবাইল ওয়ালেট (SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে),

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)।

আন্তর্জাতিক লেনদেন বা নির্দিষ্ট পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

১১.২ অনলাইন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত টাকা সাধারণত একই পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে, যদি না অন্যভাবে নির্ধারণ করা হয়।

১১.৩ পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ সন্দেহ হলে, আমরা লেনদেন বাতিল বা অস্বীকার করার অধিকার রাখি।

১২. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

১২.১ শিপিং তথ্য:

আমরা বাংলাদেশ জুড়ে ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং অপশনও থাকতে পারে। শিপিং খরচ চেকআউট-এর সময় নির্ধারিত হবে, পণ্যের ওজন/আকার এবং গন্তব্য অনুযায়ী।

১২.২ ডেলিভারি সময়:

ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক এবং এটি আপনার অবস্থান এবং নির্বাচিত শিপিং পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভরশীল। আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, তবে আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব বা কাস্টমস জটিলতার কারণে দেরির জন্য দায়ী থাকব না।

১২.৩ ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করণ:

অর্ডার শিপ করার পর, আপনাকে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বরসহ ইমেইল বা এসএমএস পাঠানো হবে। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের বিলম্ব বা ভুল তথ্যের জন্য প্ল্যাটফর্ম দায়ী নয়।

১২.৪ ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে:

যদি ভুল ঠিকানা বা গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়, তাহলে RRLMART.COM অর্ডার বাতিল বা পুনরায় ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ ধার্য করার অধিকার রাখে।

১৩. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ

১৩.১ গ্রাহক অর্ডার গ্রহণের ৭-১৪ দিনের মধ্যে নির্দিষ্ট শর্তে পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। রিটার্নযোগ্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। দ্রুত নষ্ট হওয়া, ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন বা কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।

১৩.২ পণ্য ফেরতের পর তা যাচাই করে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হবে। রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম অথবা স্টোর ক্রেডিট হিসেবে প্রদান করা হতে পারে, কোম্পানির রিটার্ন পলিসির উপর নির্ভর করে।

১৩.৩ যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়, তাহলে আমরা পরিবর্তে সঠিক পণ্য পাঠাব বা সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দিব।

নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধঃ

• অবৈধ বা অনুমোদনহীন কার্যকলাপের জন্য প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার

• ভাইরাস/ম্যালওয়্যার আপলোড/বিতরণ

• প্রতারণামূলক লেনদেন

• মিথ্যা তথ্য বা কনটেন্ট প্রদান

• অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন

• মানসিক, মৌখিক বা শারীরিক নির্যাতনমূলক আচরণ (অফিসের ভিতরে বা বাইরে)

১৪.৩ মেধাস্বত্ব:

ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সমস্ত কনটেন্ট যেমন লেখা, ছবি, লোগো, ভিডিও, সফটওয়্যার ইত্যাদি প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা তার কনটেন্ট প্রদানকারীদের মালিকানাধীন এবং কপিরাইট আইনের দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। এই কনটেন্ট অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

১৫. গোপনীয়তা এবং ডেটা সুরক্ষা
