Currently we accept some methods of payment. For example, we accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Online Bank Payment. Soon payment gateway shall be enriched with other payment system.
Currently we have temporary stores cum warehouse in Uttara where we store all our goods in a systematic way and packaging as per prescribed order of competent authority.

We restock our inventory frequently. So probably the desired item will be restocked. Please send us a query for detailed information.
We do not directly deliver goods outside of Dhaka. However, we do courier products under some terms and conditions with exception of liquid-based products. In future we have plan to expand our delivery network with more logistic tools though out the country and beyond.
Yes, we replace the products if consumer claim for replacement due to defects or inferior quality of the product. We follow a very systematic approach -as we verify the claim first and then proceed for replacements.
Yes, customers can order from outside of Bangladesh through using our Online payment gateway system, but the shipping/delivery address must be inside Bangladesh.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a type of transaction where the recipient pays for goods at the time of delivery.
We allow the return of all items except perishable items within 07 days of your original order date. If you are decided to return your products, click on Returns on our website or email or message (by WhatsApp) with your claims regarding the product.
